Brand new, top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a wine refrigerator and also featuring a gas stove – with a rapid boil eye for delicious pasta!

The Living room/Dining/Kitchen area spills on to the generous pool deck and vista through expansive glass sliding doors.  The slate tiled pool is large enough to swim laps or drift leisurely on pool floats (two foam mattress floats provided).  The pool is 4′ deep with large tiered steps. The pool deck has 4 individual chaises and a large double chaise with cushions, both areas have umbrellas.  An outdoor dining table overlooks the pool and a shaded area of coconut trees with a hammock. There is a pool bath with outdoor shower. The pool deck, while having a 180 degree view, is protected from the strong eastern wind and enjoys a comfortable breeze.

In addition to being a gorgeous home the Blowing Point beach is just a 2 minute walk.
