On the main level is a open living area, kitchen and master suite.
The kitchen and laundry room make up the northern half of Sunset Beach House’s first floor. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with high end appliances and a beautiful island, wine fridge.
The master bedroom is located on the southern side. It is a large bedroom with a very large bathroom and dressing area. The bedroom has views out to the pool area and the ocean. Adjacent to the bedroom is the large dressing area and closet. The villa’s two remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. A hallway that overlooks the living space separates the two bedrooms on the second floor. Privacy is truly at a premium at Sunset Beach House, with all of the bedrooms well separated from each other. Each room is comfortable and fresh, complete with TVs and sliding glass doors that face that shining sea. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
An outdoor living with Satellite TV leads to the heated-pool/Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Steps lead down to the water and to the beach. This central location, just around the bend from Little Bay, provides easy access to restaurants and beaches on both ends of the island. Intimate and rarely visited, Blackgarden Bay is a gem of a beach. It faces due north and rarely sees visitors due to its hard-to-find nature. Only home owners in the area generally frequent this off-the-beaten path beach.
The landscaping is immaculate, accented with colorful flowers, Anguillian boulders, all with the sea and and the lovely contemporary home in the background.
