The villa has been completed in 2009 and has been constructed by French architects and designers from St Barts. The spacious and breezy villa with its rooms connected by large wooden decks and gardens has an immediate beach access on beautiful Sandy Point beach. The ample sundeck and the large overflowing swimming pool of 1400 sq. feet are the keys of the villa popularity. This beachfront property is approximately 3500 square feet and has an outside wooden deck overlooking the sea and the island of St Martin.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen totally open on the outside wooden deck and on the large lunch deck. Guest will find all the modern appliances you need for a perfect vacation, including a gas cooktop, wine fridge, bread machine, and a computer hard drive connected to the flatscreen TV giving access to hundreds of movies.

The villa is rented with an option of 4 bedrooms or 6 bedrooms.

BEDROOMS

4 Bedroom Option:

3 bedrooms have king size beds, air conditioning
1 bedroom has two beds, air conditioning

6 Bedroom Option:

The two additional bedrooms are connected and each have one large bathroom and large dressing room. They are just in front of the sea with their own wood deck and immediate access to the beach. These 2 rooms are perfect for a family.

POLICIES

Rates quoted are per night and include all taxes and service charge. Rates are in U.S. Dollars 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. Payments may be made via wire transfer or credit cards (4% service charge added) Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Please book with the correct amount of guests. Extra guests not booked are not permitted without consent of the owner. Musical bands or large parties must be approved in advance by the owner and are not otherwise permitted. Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
