Sea Villa Anguilla is the largest and closest to the beach of the three Long Bay Villas. Each of the ultra-luxury trio of villas can be rented individually or in any combination. Gentle trade winds caress your skin as you step out onto the sweeping terrace to take in the villa’s namesake jaw-dropping views. A private staircase guides you to the velvet sands of practically-deserted Long Bay Beach where beach attendants have your lounge chair waiting.
Newly-transformed interiors evoke a sense of already belonging as you enter the cool tranquility of the air-conditioned home; and are impeccably-maintained by the housekeeping staff. Sea Villa Anguilla sleeps 11 in six bedrooms with private ocean-view pool, hot tub, ensuite baths, decadent outdoor showers, full kitchen, spacious living areas, alfresco dining pavilion, BBQ, Flat-screen TVs and WIFI. Guests also share a gym, beach clubhouse, umbrella beach chairs and covered, event dining area. Your villa butler is at your service for 8 hours daily and continental breakfast is also included. Beach drink service with complimentary soft drinks and water is available.

The nightly rates includes as standard amenities the following: Daily housekeeping, 8 hours Butler service, Continental breakfast daily.

Rates quoted are per night and are in U.S. Dollars. The rates quoted are subject to a 13% GST and 10% service charge.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment is due by October 1 for December stay dates and 60 days prior to arrival for all other stay dates. We provide a full refund less a 10% administration fee if you cancel at least 120 days before arrival date.
If you need to cancel for any reason and it is less than 120 days before your arrival, your rental fees are not refunded unless the villa is re-rented for the same time period. If re-rented, we will return the net monies received less a 30% administrative/rental fee. Payment by Wire/ACH is preferred but we also accept MasterCard/VISA.
No pets. No smoking inside buildings. Children of all ages are welcome. The maximum guest occupancy applies.
