Sea Heaven villa is located in the popular Seafeathers Bay area. Lovely Caribbean decor with bright turquoise and coral touches, high quality furnishings and a fantastic kitchen with everything you could think of. This is an upside down house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on the ground floor and laundry room. The living room includes a large pull out couch to sleep an additional two guests if you choose. Upstairs you will find a large open floor plan with a spacious dining area, bar, kitchen, and powder room with an additional shower. Nice gallery wrapping around 2 sides for enjoying the cooling tradewinds and views of St. Martin and the Caribbean Sea.
The Master bedroom features a beautiful 4 poster king size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a jetted tub. shower and dual vanities. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the eastern bedroom has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower.
With scenic views of St. Maarten and St. Barths, outdoor life is surely the highlight of Sea Heaven. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening all under the large covered terrace. A beautiful restored picnic table seating 10 marks the centerpiece of the spacious patio. Catch the last of the day’s rays on one of the many lounge chairs provided or relax under the large umbrella after a day at the beach.
Sandy Hill Beach is only a three minute drive that offers incredible snorkeling and nice smallbeach. If something a little more populated is what you’re after, Shoal Bay, rated one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is also on the East End. You will find plush beach towels, chairs, and water floats all provided at the villa to make your beach experience effortless and relaxing.
Nightlife exudes on Anguilla with bars, restaurants, and entertainment just 15 minutes from the villa. For the nights you wish to stay in, make use of the open kitchen and/or Weber gas grill out on spacious open patio. Make the perfect meal with the LeCreuset cookware, eight-burner gas stove, blender, coffee maker, and endless utensils at your disposal.

Rates are in U.S. Dollars and include the 13% GST . 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or VISA, Mastercard and American Express (plus service fee). Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
