This long-term rental property is a spacious and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo with 2 en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen and living area and an outdoor space with views of the ocean and St. Maarten. There is a large pool on property for residents and easy access to Sandy Hill beach. There is also adequate parking for tenants.

WIFI is included in the monthly rental fee. Tenant is responsible for electricity, propane gas (cooking), and cable TV. Housekeeping is provided every other week. Additional days may be added for an additional cost.

Unit includes gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer (no dryer), television, two queen size beds, bath and bed linen, dishes, cutlery.

As per the Sandy Hill Club by-laws the pool is available for tenants’ use but not for guests.

No pets are allowed. No hanging of towels or other items over the balcony rails.

One month of rent is required for security deposit and references will be required. $1800 USD per month.
