Located in Shoal Bay East, Anguilla, British West Indies, this majestic 4 bedroom villa sits on one acre of stunning oceanfront property and is a short stroll to one of the finest beaches in the world. With more than 7000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, Sandcastle Pointe is designed for relaxation, entertainment and privacy in a striking contemporary style.
An Architectural showpiece, Sandcastle Pointe features soft arches, grand spiral staircases, lighted domes and curved lines throughout. The top floor of the villa boasts two master bedroom that overlook the breathtaking turquoise waters of Shoal Bay East. Each air-conditioned bedroom is tastefully decorated in minimalist style and features king-sized beds, Ralph Lauren bedding, eclectic art pieces, whisper quiet ceiling fans, state-of-the art TVs and large en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers.
Two additional guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms reside off the Main level with equally gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding grounds. These rooms feature queen sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, art, soft lighting and outdoor showers.
The main floor of Sandcastle Pointe offers ceiling to floor “windows to the sea” that slide open and disappear into the walls to reveal sweeping views of the large pool deck, infinity edge pool and the endless blue of the ocean just beyond. A beautiful wraparound veranda is the perfect spot for lounging and alfresco dining, day and night.
The Villa’s design allows continuous cooling trade winds from the east to meander through the spacious living and dining areas adjacent to the pool deck as well as the site of the art Poggenpohl kitchen. A large inviting sofa adorns the living room as well as a collection of unique d’arts. The dining table seats up to 10 in style and is ideal for dinners served in tropical elegance. The spacious Spanish red high-gloss kitchen is every chefs dream and features Miele as well as Sub-Zero appliances.

— Net-Zero energy and water most days — solar PV with battery storage, and cistern water through multi-stage filtration and UV to drink-from-tap at every fixture.

SPECIAL NOTES:
— Whole-house privacy on a private acre. Guests have included public figures under signed NDAs; the same discretion is offered on request.
— Heated infinity pool. Uncommon in the Anguilla cohort, and the feature guests mention most through the cooler December–February stretch.
— Net-Zero energy and water. The only villa in Anguilla’s four-bedroom cohort we have found that is, and the reason the villa keeps running when the island grid does not.
*Many of our guests spend a good part of a day traveling to Anguilla and are exhausted by the time they reach the Villa. Relaxing at the Villa the first evening has great appeal and as such the owners offer at no charge, a welcome dinner organized by the Villa manager, Marian. See food options below:

Rates are per night and quoted in U.S. Dollars. The rates include 13% Government tax and 10% service charge. 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
