Exclusive beachfront villa only available for rental a limited time this Holiday Festive season! Limin’ House is a five bedroom luxury villa with spectacular ocean views and direct access to the stunning white sands and turquoise waters of Barnes Bay beach on Anguilla’s north coast.

Set in lush gardens this villa is beautifully furnished in rattan and sand colours providing a perfect counterpoint to the sky, sand and sea colours surrounding the villa. Gorgeous glass and wood doors open onto the garden allowing fresh breezes throughout and easy access to the many outdoor terraces and beach. The pool is large and perfect for adults and children. There is a lawn leading down from the pool to the beach and beach shower.

The main house living and dining areas flow out onto the pool deck where there is additional shaded seating and a large sun terrace. There are two master suites on the second floor overlooking the sea in the main house. The master suite has a sunken tub as well a separate shower. The second master suite has an outdoor shower. The guest house has a separate entrance, kitchen, living area, large terrace and three suites, two with ocean views. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own en-suite.
