The Villa is approximately 9,000 square feet. Your secluded small beach is perfect for sunning or swimming and is only a stone’s throw away. Sometimes the sand can disappear during rough tides as is the case of many small beaches on Anguilla.
The unique shaped pool 20’ x 50’ is nestled among coconut palms and flanked with a 10’ round jacuzzi. A sunken stone wet bar and summer kitchen are adjacent the pool. On top of the summer kitchen is a terrace that offers excellent views of the sunsets, the Caribbean Sea and the neighboring islands. A 2,000 square feet terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing, lounging and/or dining. There is another wet bar adjacent the kitchen.
La Gran Maria Villa may be rented with 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bedrooms to accommodate the size of the family. Rates vary based on the number of bedroom and occupants. All amenities are available with any aforementioned rental.

La Gran Maria Villa is rented exclusively to one party at a time, ensuring your group has full access to the entire villa and all its amenities. Rates are per night, listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and are based on two people per room, with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. A 13% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a 10% service charge ARE INCLUDED in the listed rates. Prices are subject to change without notice. Booking is for a minimum of 5 days except holiday season.
