Fletch’s Cove is a two-bedroom villa inspired by contemporary Mexican architecture. The home has been designed to maximize the breathtaking vistas and comfortable living inside and out.
The unique layout allows Fletch’s Cove to be rented as a one or two bedroom villa providing spacious, comfortable accommodation in either configuration. Centrally located on the south coast, you are never very far from popular beaches, restaurants & other island attractions. It’s a perfect venue for a romantic honeymoon, anniversary or a quiet getaway for couples.
The pool terrace could very well be where you’ll spend most of your time at Fletch’s Cove. Lounge on one of the chaises, take a refreshing dip in the pool or dine alfresco under the shaded pergola – the pool terrace is the place to be. Views across the Anguilla Channel constantly delight, especially after dark when you can gaze across the sea at the lights of St. Martin.
Follow the short footpath from the house to a small secluded beach. From there you can relax, soak up the sun, swim or snorkel.
Slightly elevated, the living room offers an unobstructed view of the pool terrace and ocean beyond. Banks of louvered windows ensure a comfortable environment as you watch your favorite TV programs, a movie from the DVD collection or listen to music on the CD player in the entertainment center.
For an intimate evening at home dine by candlelight at the rustic Sheesham table with the sounds of surf and the lights of St. Martin as your companions. Fold back the louvered doors to frame an expansive unobstructed view.
Food preparation is made easy in the well equipped kitchen. An efficient “U” shaped layout and generous counter space along with a large refrigerator (with ice-maker), gas range, microwave and dishwasher add to your convenience. A wide array of dishes, glassware, utensils & cookware will meet the demands of the most discerning chef. Cabinets with glass doors make it easy to find what you’re looking for. A gas grill outdoors complements the kitchen arrangement.
Alone on the second floor accessed by an exterior staircase, the primary bedroom enjoys a splendid view of the ocean & St. Martin to the south. It is furnished with a king-size sleigh bed, writing desk, AC & armoire equipped with TV & DVD player. The sunken bathroom has two sinks, a large shower and a full length mirror. French doors open onto a spacious, private balcony with twin chaises & side table.
The second bedroom pairs with the cabana-bath to form a spacious suite complete with two vanity sinks, shower, commode room & two armoires. A tall louvered window allows prevailing breezes to wash over the king size bed making air conditioning optional. This Bedroom also features a writing desk, two benches & French doors which open onto a large, private balcony with excellent views of the ocean, St. Martin and surrounding islands. (Note: the Cabana-Bathroom is also part of the one bedroom villa rental option.)

A 13% government tax and a 10% service charge will be added to rates.
Minimum 4 nights stay, except for Holiday Season – minimum stay 7 nights
Minimum 3 night deposit is required to confirm reservation with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Season balance is due by November. Contact us for cancellation policy.

The rate is per day and 13% GST and 10% service charge are additional. A 50% non refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks to secure the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
