By the Sea is a two bedroom Caribbean style villa situated waterfront and looking across Rendezvous Bay.

This villa is located in the peaceful village of Cul-de-Sac, a short drive away from shopping and restaurants. The double doors swing open on all sides of the large living and dining area providing you with a wonderful sea view and gentle sun-kissed breezes. A large covered wrap around patio is where you will want to spend most of your time enjoying a good book or just gazing at the natural gardens.

To start your morning, enjoy a meal on the outdoor breakfast patio lined with tropical plants on the back side of the villa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay. Just forget the dishes since a daily maid service is included (except Sundays). This villa will provide you, your family and friends with peace and tranquility at its best!

There are ceiling fans throughout the villa, a/c in both bedrooms and the villa enjoys nearly constant lovely trade winds.

The rate is per night and in US dollars.   13% GST and 10% Service Charge is included in the rate.  50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. 

Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA , MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents. Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
