Built by an award-winning developer and previously known as Lockrum Villas, Beaches Edge Villa and Champagne Shores Villa are two sleek and stylish ocean-front villas, each with 5 bedroom and 5.5 baths. These 7000 square foot contemporary villas can be rented individually, or together as an exclusive retreat to accommodate larger parties. Both villas are fully air-conditioned, and are just a short 2-minute walk down a path to a secluded stretch of sandy beach on beautiful Pelican Bay. These stylish island escapes provide a revitalizing, sensory experience of sun, sand and sea.
Almost identical in layout, but with slight design nuances that make each one-of-a-kind, these spacious modern homes feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that bring the stunning views of azure water and lush gardens indoors. Combined, the villas can sleep over 20 people comfortably, and with double the amenities and over 14,000 square feet of beautiful indoor and outdoor space – perfect for extended family gatherings, getaways with friends, birthday and anniversary celebrations, wedding parties and ceremonies, reunions and corporate retreats.
Beaches Edge Villa and Champagne Shores Villa each have 5 bedrooms. Upstairs are two identical master suites on each end with two guest suites in the middle. All have huge glass windows to enjoy the view. The fifth bedroom is located on the main floor.
