Beach Escape Villa, located directly on a great beach on the southern coast in Cul de Sac, has five ocean view bedrooms, a very large screen porch area, an expansive pool deck, and shaded verandas overlooking the sea and 14 x 35 ft pool.
The property consists of a Main House and a Guest House. Both buildings have air conditioning throughout. The main house has two bedrooms upstairs with private en-suite bathrooms. The guest building has three self-contained suites, each with bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, and terrace. 4 rooms have king beds. The 5th room (west downstairs guest house) has a trundle bed with 2 twins.

Beach – 166 feet of beachfront on a 1/3 mile beach, accessible down 15 foot private path.
Beach Escape is a private villa; it is rented only to your group during your stay. One week minimum rental. Maximum occupancy is 10.

Additional $3 per person per night. Marketing Levy will be added to the rate shown 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
